Finbook collects minimal personal data to provide its services.

Login Information: Email address, profile name, and unique identifiers are stored on the server when logging in via email or SNS (OAuth).

Financial Data: Income, expense, and asset information are primarily stored only on your device (IndexedDB) and are not transmitted to our servers without explicit cloud synchronization.

Automatically Collected Items: IP address, cookies, visit records, etc., may be collected by analysis tools during service usage.

Users' personal information is retained until membership withdrawal, at which point it is destroyed without delay. However, if retention is required by relevant laws, it will be kept until the applicable period.

Finbook utilizes IndexedDB to protect your sensitive financial data. This data is kept within the browser sandbox, but please be mindful of browser security when using public PCs.
